My life

Love, what does that word truly mean? Is there really only ONE person out there for you or, is that just an entertainment scam? Can love really over come all obstacles? I've been pondering that all day.....
Part of me really does think it is an entertainment scam playing and making money off of women's heart strings. Another part of me truly hopes that it is out there some where. If not here maybe in the next life.....

Love: represents a range of human emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction.[1] The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

(My favorite part of that definition is, "makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states." )

For those of you that know me you know I'm a huge movie and music buff. So I decided to look up movies and songs that relate to this topic. Here is what I came up with.

There is still so many more movie quotes and songs I could find about love... but I just don't have the energy to keep looking.
I guess the real reason I have this on my mind is because I really do believe I have felt true love. I thought I knew what love felt like until I met this person. The love I felt was unlike anything I have ever felt before. It wasn't like the songs or the movies I've seen or the past loves in my life. Is this kind of love real or all in my head. I don't know.... but all I know is I would feel light headed when we would kiss. I would get butterflies in my stomach when ever I would hear his voice or touch him. I would do anything for this person, even if it hurts me in the process. I guess in a sense I'm lucky, that I got to feel the way I felt if it only lasted a little bit. To love and lost is better than never loving at all. Will I ever have those feelings for some one else? I sure hope so! But is it fair to the other person, to know that who ever I give my heart to next that a piece will be missing? How will I ever stop thinking about this person? How can I live if living is with out you?
